MF Investmart is founded by Amit Upadhyay and Neelesh Thakur, two professionals with 40 Years of combined experience across Indian capital markets, wealth distribution, and institutional investment platforms.

Over their careers, both founders worked closely with individual investors,families, intermediaries, and large financial institutions. This exposure gave them a clear understanding of a recurring challenge-investors often receive fragmented advice, product-led recommendations, and limited access to quality opportunities.

Together, they have built MF Investmart on a foundation of client-first thinking, disciplined processes, and regulatory respect-with the intent to create a platform that investors can rely on across years, not just market cycles.

Meet the Co-Founder : Neelesh Thakur

Neelesh Thakur brings nearly 20 years of experience across asset management, investment distribution, and channel leadership. He last served as Senior Vice President & National Channel Head at Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Ltd., His career also includes significant tenures at Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Limited and IDFC.

Meet the Co-Founder : Amit Upadhyay

NAmit Upadhyay brings close to 20 years of experience across institutional sales, relationship management, and wealth solutions. He last served as Vice President & National Head Institutional Sales at Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Ltd., leading corporate and institutional client relationships. Prior to this, he spent over six years at Reliance Mutual Fund in Institutional Business. His earlier roles at HSBC and ABN AMRO Bank provided strong grounding in banking, investments, and advisory-led client engagement.
